Wonderful Hen Do Afternoon Tea

afternoon tea extra mile
I booked afternoon tea in the maddermarket room. ten of us were there, celebrating a hen do. the chef explained the different layers of treats, a really nice touch. one guest requested coke zero, but the hotel only had diet coke.. a waiter purchased two cans from a nearby shop. It was service above and beyond. our bride-to-be loved the occasion.
the hotel advised us that they only had diet coke and our guest said no worries I'll stick with water.

the central city location helped me explore nearby attractions easily. the room was spacious and had a balcony, offering great views. staff members were friendly and always ready to assist, i was actually surprised by the history talk provided by one of them.
The parking space was difficult to find.
Dining

Breakfast was excellent with freshly cooked options. there was a wait after ordering on some occasions. the chef's passion shone through every dish i tasted. I really appreciated that.
Facilities

The lobby had a beautiful aesthetic that added to the overall experience. there was a lift from the carpark area to the check-in area. I found this very convenient. the building felt lovely, though the decor was a bit dated.
